New Muhammad Ali Docudrama Launches Global Screening Tour and Free Online Release

G.O.A.T.: Muhammad Ali’s Blueprint to Greatness launches a world tour from The Bahamas to Africa, Asia and the United States as filmmaker T.M. Caufield brings Muhammad Ali’s complete life story to audiences around the world — and free online beginning October 30.

OCTOBER 2026 — G.O.A.T.: Muhammad Ali’s Blueprint to Greatness, a new feature-length historical docudrama from writer-director T.M. Caufield, will launch a global screening tour beginning with its October 29 world premiere in Nassau, The Bahamas, before traveling to university and cultural audiences internationally and across the United States.

Beginning October 30, the film will also be available to audiences worldwide through a free online release at TashaCaufield.com. Rather than releasing the film through a traditional streaming platform, Caufield is making G.O.A.T. available directly to members of her email community, allowing viewers around the world to experience the film at no cost.

“Muhammad Ali belonged to the world, so I always wanted this film to travel,” said Caufield. “The goal isn’t simply to screen the film in different places, but to bring Ali’s story into different communities and create conversations around the history, choices and principles that made him ‘The Greatest.’”

More than a chronicle of famous fights, G.O.A.T. explores the extraordinary life and adversity-filled journey that transformed Cassius Clay into Muhammad Ali and ultimately into the global icon remembered as “The Greatest.” The cradle-to-the-grave story examines Ali not only as a legendary fighter, but as a conscientious objector, civil rights symbol, man of profound faith and global ambassador of peace.

Caufield spent more than a year conducting historical research for the project, developing the film from her original copyrighted screenplay. The production uses advanced AI filmmaking tools to visualize and produce animated historical reenactments, while the underlying research, screenwriting, historical analysis and fact-checking were human-led.

“AI didn’t research Muhammad Ali’s life or write his story,” Caufield said. “The technology gave me a new set of tools to bring that history to the screen. For me, the exciting question has always been what becomes possible when an independent filmmaker combines rigorous historical research with an entirely new method of visual storytelling.”

The world tour begins October 29 at Fusion Superplex in Nassau, where Ali fought the final professional bout of his career in 1981. The premiere takes place exactly 66 years after an 18-year-old Cassius Clay made his professional boxing debut on October 29, 1960, bringing the beginning and end of Ali’s professional boxing journey together for the film’s first public screening.

From The Bahamas, G.O.A.T. will continue to audiences across Africa, Asia and the United States through a growing series of university and cultural screenings, presentations and discussions. The international tour is designed not only as an opportunity to screen the film collectively, but also to create conversations around Ali’s history and legacy, the evolution of historical biography, and the emerging possibilities and questions surrounding AI-assisted filmmaking.

For viewers unable to attend an in-person screening, the October 30 online release makes the film accessible worldwide.

“I wanted access to the film to be as open as possible,” Caufield said. “You don’t need a particular streaming subscription, and you don’t need to live in a city on the tour. If you want to experience Muhammad Ali’s story, you’re invited.”

Viewers can join the email list for free screening access, view the official trailer and follow the continually updated world tour schedule at TashaCaufield.com. Additional international and U.S. screening dates will be announced as the tour continues.
